I tore it open to discover a fat little mag titled Fixing The Shadows, about 100 or so pages of black and white, photographic gold. After only reading the first page i knew this mag was something that i was going to dig!
“In the world that has manifest around us, the power of digital media has seen web based mediums such as Tumblr, FlickR and Facebook become the dominant platform from which to present all manner of photographic imagery.”
“Fixing the Shadows Magazing endeavours to present a tangible compilation of photos in an accessible medium, that recognizes the value of the photographers work. Something you can hold, feel, touch for years, not just clicking through to another page in search of the next aesthetic buzz on offer.” …..Radical!
Equally as rad, all you have to do to cop yourself the first issue is email your postal details to:
fixingoftheshadows@gmail.com
and the crew at F.T.S. will have you sorted and involved in their ocular radness in no time!….
